Perekrestok joined efforts with Colgate to launch a campaign empowering customers to contribute to restoring natural diversity. Perekrestok customers in Moscow, the Moscow region and St Petersburg received a total of 7,000 packages of black pine seeds that they could plant to grow trees. According to the campaign rules, a customer had to spend at least RUB 299 on Colgate toothpaste in recyclable packaging or Palmolive shower gel. After purchasing the required amount of eco-labelled products, the customer received a package of black pine seeds as a gift at the checkout area.
